Oh, if everything could just be perfect! But that's not the world we live in, is it? As hard as we have tried to insure flawless operation on all platforms and browsers, there are some anomalies that we are aware of:

Files not available for download after purchase |
Log out, then back in to your account. This is an ongoing issue we are trying to resolve. It has only happened a few times and seems to be easily remedied, but is troubling nonetheless. Please contact us if you experience this problem. |

Files not downloading |
Due to the method we employ to download files, some firewalls (typically those found in larger, corporate environments) prevent proper completion of this process.
Solution: Temporarily disable your firewall, download your files, then re-enable your firewall.
OR...Download your files from a computer that is not behind a corporate firewall.

IE 5.0 opens downloaded mp3 files into a small window called "forcedownload.cfm". |
Use IE 5.1, which seems fix the problem. It can be download for free from microsoft.com.
With the forcedownload.cfm window active, select Save As... from the File menu. In the dialog box, name the file appropriately. DO NOT CLOSE THE FORCEDOWNLOAD.CFM WINDOW. Find the file you just saved in the Finder, open it with Quicktime Player (Pro Edition), and Save As using the Self-Contained option. THEN, you can close the forcedownload.cfm window.
